Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Menny learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Bounty Hunter, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
