Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with red lining and desert motifs. Her black hair is thinning but still full. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dell isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Dell was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Dell was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Butcher. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
