History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
