Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Banker for hire.

Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, brown shirt, and yellow tie. She has a very tight haircut. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Yevelda abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Yevelda was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
