Personality: Vicky is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born in a small island village. Vicky was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. History: Târz was born the youngest of three triplets. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
