Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'6" and wears dull brown sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed crossbow, just in case. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Alice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Alice was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Description: He wears a blue shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and he perpetually has his nunchaku ready. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cockaby fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: This man wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his right hand. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Seamstress profession.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Reirak was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Body Guard. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
