Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Griselda was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She tends to her Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Pyra was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
