Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
