History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull brown iron scale mail. She wears her red hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. One day when Valanthe was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Valanthe was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Navigator, and she later adopted a second son.
