Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born into a rich family. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: She is lean but muscular and is dressed in an above average manner. She has styled her dark red hair well, parting it to the left. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Pyra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Guard like his mother before him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. After a long history of fighting, Az-Rans and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
