Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Numba lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Born in the south to a Navigator, Astar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
