History: Rangrim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. History: Dadalan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She worked as a nervous Spy and found it very stressful. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor
