Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Neega was born with her mother's beautiful face. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
