Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. Barbena enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she's looking for her big break

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.
