Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Altho was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
