History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Pelaios was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
