Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Weaver born in the past three hundred years. A friendly and beautiful Tiefling, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: She was born in a small forest village. When Vepar reached her early adolescence her Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions.
