Description: A middle-aged woman, she is wearing a tight tan one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and is pretty ugly. Her black hair is matted, messy, and big. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nissa embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She is a great chef.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: An older man who dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is lengthy. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She wears a fancy blue dress. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She takes great joy in being the best Merchant in town.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Malquis was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Merchant. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and wants to open a new tavern
