Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Ugarth is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Ovak was born with her father's beautiful face. Through the years after Ovak was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ovak's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ovak and her spouse have recently divorced.
