History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gruk grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gruk. Being a Scribe kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She tends to her Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is typically in her Sculptor uniform. Her chestnut hair is braided into rings. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Born in the west to a Sculptor, Ida learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and regain custody of her son
