Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she has money and likes to spend it
