His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Barrister. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He got into the Barrister business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barrister work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barrister work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to find somewhere to settle down
