Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has slicked back golden hair. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Yurgunn is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Yurgunn lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is typically in his Fletcher uniform. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Imsh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Cloak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sellsword they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
