She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She struck the Ploughman job and began her own company from there.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Blacksmith business.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Thiala speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has achieved small success as a Merchant.

History: Mehen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
