History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Revenge; and balancing her hectic life and new bellfounder responsibilities is difficult

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
