History: Born in the north to a Body Guard, Akta learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She tends to her Body Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: The child of a Adventurer, who enjoyed hunting, Paelias was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his absent father

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. After a long history of fighting, Mardnab and her spouse have recently divorced.
