History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Nissa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She became a Slave Trader soon after.
