History: Rezena lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Thamior and his spouse have recently divorced.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
