Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He carries with him a set of lances, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he is greedy

Description: He is lean but muscular and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Gnarsh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a red vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His green leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his red boots flare out at the collars. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Born to a Carpenter, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'7" when asserting himself. His white fur is thinning but still full. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Actor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Spring has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
