History: Born in the south to a Shepherd, Nikki learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nikki alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Shepherd for the past few years.

Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
