History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fisher.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fisher responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kava grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kava. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
