History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Volen was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Mayor. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She got into the Tanner business at a young age. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
