Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mercenary, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Through the years after Verna was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Verna's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
