Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kairon's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Kairon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ishte studied abroad. When Ishte reached her early adolescence her Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Millicent lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
