Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Carter. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Carter like his mother before him.
