Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born in the east. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Skirt and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born to a Beggar, her father struggled to pay the bills. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is unsatisfied with her job
