History: Torz lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

History: Nicor hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nicor alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a Sailor soon after.

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a white shirt, with a black mid length skirt with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. With wild brown hair. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gray eyes.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eran grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eran. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
