History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. After a long history of fighting, Decarabia and her spouse have recently divorced.

In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While studying, he fell in love. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
