History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Courier father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She is a husky woman, who does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair is golden and curly. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Vicky and her spouse have recently divorced.
