History: Born to a Bookbinder, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Jak never married again.
