Description: An older man who is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and red handkerchief worn on his right side, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his auburn hair down. His eyes are blue.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Brug fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and to prove his worth to the world
