Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Qualen abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She tends to her Bounty Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
