History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shifting was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shifting fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Gifted from a young age, Torz studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Being a Scribe kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Biri grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Beggar and occasionally as a mercenary.
