History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jo was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
