Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants. Her black hair is still thick. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ownka alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Miller, and she later adopted a second daughter.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He has achieved small success as a Cartwright.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

History: He got into the Brewer business at a young age. Ernest abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
