Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available she will default to her scimitar. Her auburn hair is well kept. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Kansif is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Kansif hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well

Description: She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She is portly but not overly obese. Her silver hair is still thick. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her childhood dream was to be a Mason, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by her family; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears dull brown sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed axe, just in case. He carries a battered halberd and tarnished axe as well. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Conrad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
