History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jarsali grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
