Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Astaro was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: An older woman who wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a shortbow on her belt, she is not a threatening figure. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her youth she was a Hunter, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A freak accident while working with her Tailor mother left her crippled. During her travels, Kallista and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Kallista discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Kallista fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and he is content
