When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Apothecary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Salasar has worked very hard to control his curse. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Roofer for hire.
