History: Forcas hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Paggen does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
